However, the personal presence of university students since April 20, 2020 is conditional upon the student signing a declaration on honour of the non-existance of symptoms of a viral disease prior to entering the building and commencing the class, confirming that they have not been imposed to quarantine and that they have not had any acute medical problems typical of a viral infectious disease (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sudden loss of taste and smell, etc.) in the last 14 days and that they is aware of the legal consequences if this declaration is not true. This declaration must be confirmed daily, given its text.
For practical reasons, BUT chose an electronic solution for affirmation of declarations in the BUT STUDIS information system at https://vut.cz/bezinfekcnost see “Health Declaration”. If your medical condition corresponds to the text of the declaration, please confirm it every day before entering the BUT building. If you do not confirm the declaration, we cannot allow you to personally participate in the teaching in BUT buildings.
BUT assures you that the processing of your health data in connection with your participation in classes since April 20, 2020 is in compliance with the requirements of applicable data protection legislation, including GDPR.
