Academia Assembly - Vision for the FA
We cordially invite you to the opening of the summer semester at FA BUT. On Wednesday, February 15th at 15:00 the dean of the faculty Ing. arch. Radek Suchánek, PhD will officially open the semester at the Assembly of the academic community of FA BUT. In the large auditorium A310 he will present his new management team and his vision for the faculty in the coming years. At 17:00 the program will continue with the presentation and book launch of our Associate Professor Jaroslav Drápal's book Architectural Structures. Throughout the day you will be able to see the exhibitions of the individual studios presenting the work of the students in the winter semester. At 18:00 there will be a Tour de Faculty for newly arrived foreign students (Erasmus+, ...). The meeting is at the main entrance (in front of the gatehouse). The ceremony will be closed by the Student Community of the Faculty of Architecture (SOFA) with the traditional awarding of the Bohuslav Fuchs Prize, which will take place at 19:00 in the drawing room. This will be followed by an informal afterparty at the student club Archa.
