Exhibition 80 IG 80
We cordially invite you to the opening and opening of the exhibition entitled 80IG80, which will present 80 realizations by students and graduates dedicated to the teacher on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the birth of Ivan Gürtler. The opening and the meeting will take place on 4 April 2023 at 16:00 on the main staircase - building A.
Dr.h.c., doc. Ing. arch. Akad. Ivan Gürtler, PhD. is celebrating his 80th birthday. During the period of his pedagogical higher education activities between 1991 and 2018, he worked at various colleges and universities, including FAD STU in Bratislava, VUT in Brno, the Departments of Architecture of TUKE in Košice and the Faculty of Architecture of VŠB-TU in Ostrava. During his tenure, he has educated 123 graduates in the profession of architecture. This number currently represents a community which with its potential largely represents the direction of contemporary architecture not only in Slovakia but also abroad.
