Building Back Better: Kharkiv
In early February (1.–7. Feb 2026), students and faculty of the Faculty of Architecture will participate in the international workshop “Building Back Better”, which deals with the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The workshop connects students, architects and urban planners in the search for creative and practical solutions for the restoration of destroyed cities and homes.
Odessa and the Black Sea Coast
Last year, the workshop dealt with the reconstruction of the city of Odessa and the reconstruction of the Black Sea coast. The workshop brought together over 150 people, including students, teachers, researchers and representatives of non-profit organizations. The results of the workshop were subsequently displayed in the French pavilion at the 2025 Architecture Biennale.

The workshop will take place in parallel in two locations – in Warsaw and Lviv, in order to connect architecture students from Ukraine with students from other European countries.
