The TITUL 2026 exhibition will showcase the final projects of future architects
The Faculty of Architecture at BUT invites you to the annual exhibition of the best master’s and bachelor’s
theses, TITUL 2026. The opening will take place on June 24, and the exhibition
will be on view at the Architecture Gallery Brno through July 12.
This year’s selection of projects was made by two
independent juries—one evaluated master’s theses, while the other selected the
best bachelor’s theses.
In the case of master’s theses, the jury recognized projects
addressing current social and environmental issues. First place went to Anna
Kabeláčová for her thesis Liminality and Mutability of Hospital Care, second
place to Marie Křížková for her project Flood Resilience of Urbanized Areas,
and third place to Veronika Pálková for her thesis Water, River, Human. The
independent jury also recognized the three best diploma studios.
You can find more information about the award-winning
diploma theses in this article. Information regarding the selection of
bachelor’s theses will be added later.
The TITUL exhibition is a traditional showcase of bachelor’s
and diploma projects by recent graduates of the Faculty of Architecture at BUT.
Every year, it offers a glimpse into the current topics that young architects
explore in their final projects—ranging from urban interventions and the
renovation of historic buildings to experimental forms of housing and the
principles of sustainable design.
